This is a highly skilled, residential, audio/video service technician position. You must have a strong working knowledge of low voltage systems and be able to diagnose problems associated with home automation systems including Audio/Video, Networks, Security, Shades, Lighting, & CCTV. Experience with Crestron, Savant, Control4, and/or Lutron is a strongly preferred.
You must be able to interact with high profile clients that often have strong personalities and high expectations.
The objective of a Service Technician is to efficiently diagnose, repair and maintain advanced home automation systems for clients in a way that leaves them highly satisfied.

Job Requirements
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s)
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance and good hygiene
- Must possess proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate written and verbally to employees
- Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to see and distinguish different colors, read small print and hear and recognize audible signals such as dial tones
- Flexibility to travel occasionally or work overtime as needed
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; creative thinking
- Interact with employees, customers, and colleagues effectively on a professional-level
- Be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must own and have hand/power/testing tools necessary for the low voltage industry
- Pass drug screen and background check
