Vision and Sound is an Audio / Video and Home Automation Contractor who is looking for an Experienced AV Installer who also has the ability to manage large residential new construction projects.
We require a staff member who is very organized and personable and with at least 3 years of experience working on high end residential new construction projects.
We have a State of the Art Showroom in Manhattan Beach California, but also have many projects in OC.
We are looking for someone who is willing to travel to the Southbay most frequently but also to the West Side and OC when needed.
Job Requirements
ABSOLUTE NECESSITIES:
• Very Detail Oriented and Excellent Organizational Skills
• Very Personable and Always Happy
• Punctual and Reliable
• Experience Building Detailed Equipment Racks
• Able to read Blueprints
• Ability to Manage others and communicate with General Contractors and Clients
• Control System Installation Experience (Savant, Crestron, AMX, Control 4)
• Lutron Lighting Control Installation Experience
• Computer Savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Wide range of tool use, both rough and finish
• Prewire Experience
• Retro-fit and new construction procedures
• Basic Knowledge of networking and wi-fi
ADDED VALUE:
• Savant and/or Lutron Programming Experience
• Motorized Window Covering Experience
