Acoustic Evolution is a San Diego-based residential and commercial audio video integration company with over 20 years’ experience. We’re a family-owned company seeking qualified individuals to join our rapidly growing team.
- Install Coax, CA, and Fiber cable for residential and commercial space
- Tone and test wire
- Use ladders, scaffolds, lifts to reach high and hard to reach places
- Plum and wire central vacuum systems
- Install Audio/Video hardware and install trim products as needed
- Record change orders and scope of work deviations
- Network equipment installation (Router, Switch, Access Points)
- Terminating and installing end devices
- Read blueprints, take offs and as-is builds
- Experience working with customers
- Elevate issues to management and work to resolve issues and constraints
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the Low Voltage industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Must have construction or service experience
- Experience running service calls and troubleshooting/repairing equipment
- Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record
- Industry/manufacturer related certifications a huge plus. Specifically, audio/video experience
- Ability to interface with customers and work professionally
- Working knowledge of test equipment such as multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meter, decibel meters, and communicating devices
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and ability to take direction
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- High School diploma required
- Must be willing to perform drug and background test
- Must be willing to travel locally
