Job Duties: 

• Lead the development and execution of project plans 
• Manage and document project deliverables throughout all phases of construction, ensuring accuracy and quality 
• Coordinate schedules, inventory, and materials with team members, suppliers, and contractors 
• Facilitate and track various software fixes and equipment repairs as needed 
• Keep accurate records of equipment used, labor hours, and receipts on each job 
• Maintain inventory of all project equipment as well as change order logs and maintenance logs 
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, clients, and other parties involved with AV and home automation systems 
• Attend meetings during construction coordination, conduct quality assurance inspections throughout the build process, and perform final inspections  
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows safety protocols 
• Ensure the client fully understands the scope of work we’ve completed, and is equipped and ready to use that system as a regular part of their life
