Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, be able to work closely with other managers & departments, follow directions as well as give them, continually look for ways to improve, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports and motivates employees to be positive and effective
- Manages several team managers, team leads, programmers, coordinators, and overseas assistants.
- Follows all company policies and procedures and ensures personnel do as well
- Ensures client perceptions of us and our work are continually exceptional
- Participates in all phases of Human Resources management, with the assistance of Ops Manager and Human Resources including but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, discipline, training, performance reviews, approving payroll, and terminating if necessary.
- Monitors work flow in all of its different stages
- Prepares and conducts meetings
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Excellent managerial/supervisory skills of both groups and individuals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to efficiently schedule multiple people on multiple projects
- Positive outgoing attitude and an appearance that will set an example for all personnel
- Must be a resourceful team-player who can also be effective independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Platforms (Google Docs and Google Sheets)
- Solid capabilities of learning computer programs such as our customer relations management system and bidding software
- Ability to maintain confidential information and discretion
- Reliability with attendance and consistent work
Job Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years as a manager or supervisor of personnel
- Pass drug screen and background check
