Seeking an experienced Low Voltage Technician, preferably familiar with Commercial & Residential (Some Government) Pre-wire and Installation of Audio Visual Equipment.
Candidate must be proficient and knowledgeable in a wide variety of Audio-Visual systems including integration, networking, control systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Installation and termination of cables for voice, data, speakers, access control, cameras, control systems
- Installation, connection and testing of Audio Video equipment such as: boardroom video walls; speakers; projectors and screens; smart TVs; security cameras; door access control systems; Residential Whole Home audio and integration.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and equipment manufacturer installation instructions
- Train customers in the use of installed systems and specific devices

Job Requirements
MUST PASS STATE & FEDERAL BACKGROUND CHECK
- Two-plus years of hands-on installation experience in commercial and/or residential environment
- Proficiency with cable pulling, audio, video, control, network terminations and testing
- Knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new and existing construction
- Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands and manage priorities
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used to complete installations of speakers, displays, equipment racks.
- Ability to work off a step ladder, extension ladder, scissor or boom lift
- DCJS certified or able to pass a state & federal background check
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Able to lift minimum 75 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladders and work on roof, attic & crawl space areas
- Organized and well groomed
