Job Description

  • Field calls from clients to diagnose & resolve service issues.
  • Interface with our 24/7 Central Monitoring Station to assure critical information is in place and current
  • Schedule & Perform on site service to repair and add onto existing systems
  • Discuss with clients potential upgrades and opportunities to improve their security and secure new business in these areas
  • Participate in system installations either solo or with other Bravas Technicians

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience installing & servicing Security, Access Control, Cameras and Fire alarm systems and have an excellent understanding of industry best practices
  • Ability to effectively listen to customer issues and understand the probable problems to work toward resolve
  • Knowledgeable of Security & Fire Alarm products from DSC, GE, Qolsys and FireLite.
  • Knowledgeable of Camera products from Exacq, Hikvision & Axis
  • Knowledgeable of products and services of
  • Desire and ability to learn and embrace new and existing products as the need arises.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to create favorable relationships with customers and other team members at Bravas.
  • Authorized to work for any US employer
