Paragon installs & supports complex audio/visual systems and smart home automation in a variety of customer environments. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technology Lead who can work independently or as part of a team, with sales skills and the ability to project manage multiple complex installations, program & design, and support installers in implementing the designs. This is a full-time, senior-level position with most work performed Monday thru Friday and occasional overtime on evenings and weekends as needed. Out-of-town and overnight travel is possible. The right candidate must be comfortable with heavy-lifting and working on physically demanding jobs.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Project-manage installation jobs for Paragon’s Smart Home division
• System design & programming including: lighting, shades, networks, etc…
• Sales & outreach for Paragon Smart
• Provide IT support as needed for Paragon’s store automation & network
• Participate in daily meetings, maintain communication on project status and tasks to complete
• Keep a professional work appearance and outstanding customer interaction
• Stay up to date on industry training, seminars, and current technology
